Metropolis

There is a new world concept of Metropolis. There is this concept of world building that I cannot get out of my mind. I think, it is worth giving a shot, or, may be ten. The world of Metropolis can be summarized as follows.

It has many people groups. The main people groups are Recurrents, Animals and Judges.
